1. Reservation
The reservation is a binding agreement for Prague Tours and Day Trips. In case you decide not to follow up, please kindly inform us 1 day prior to your bookings via e-mail or cell phone +420 724 091 762.
We would appreciate if you could send us the name of your hotel in Prague, so that we would be able to contact you after your arrival, in case it is necessary.
2. Confirmation
To confirm your reservation please make payment through bank transfer.
3. Prepayment
No prepayment is necessary for our services.
4. Cancellation
Less than 24 hrs (Prague Tours) and 72 hrs (Day Trips) before the scheduled services entails a 20% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated according to the total price of the price of the services cancelled short-notice.
It is necessary to bring confirmation email, which you will receive by mail from us after receiving your payment and present it to the guide.
5. Meeting point
You will be informed on details on meeting point in confirmation email.
6. Arrival to the meeting point
Please be so kind as to arrive at the meeting point about 5-7 min. earlier.
